Upgrading from Essentials 4.3 or 4.4 to 4.7

Hi folks,

 

I wanted to draw your attention to an upgrade issue that we've called out in the Essentials 4.7 release notes because, if you're like me, you probably toss aside the documentation before diving into the installation of new software, especially if you've installed previous versions of the same thing without managing to lose any toes (figuratively, I mean).

 

If you are upgrading from version 4.3.x or 4.4.x directly to 4.7, you may encounter an issue where the new Geocortex Collaboration feature does not work. If you upgrade first to Essentials 4.5 and then to Essentials 4.7, you'll avoid this problem.
