GE 4.7 - Manager does not show map preview in upgraded sites

GE 4.7

 

In the Manager, I do not see the map preview in Map page and Basemaps page. Overview Map page shows the map preview fine. The map shows fine on the client side. I just cannot see in the Manager. Just for testing I created a new site using GE 4.7, and added a map service, then this new site shows the map preview fine. So it seems the problem is for the upgraded sites. Is this a bug?

  Hi Masao,

  It sounds like there might be an issue with the upgraded site. When was the site initially created and would you be able to provide both your sites for us to look at?

  I couldn't find an answer in the documentation. But the support team suggested to clear browser cache. Simple fix and it worked :)
