Not all features selected get a push pin. Why is this?

I am using HTML5 and the selection is happening via a workflow. There are selected features in the results list that do not have a pushpin on the map.

 

Any thoughts?

  Hi Paul, 

  Pushpins only appear for Point features. Line and polygon features won't have pushpin, but only highlights appear when user drill into FS view. The pushpins will appear again for line and polygon once the layer is out of scale and the feature is in focus state (hover/feature detail view)
