Geolocation Error on iPhone

We have 'Enable Single-Reading Geolocation' turned on in our application, however when trying to use the Geolocate tool on an iPhone, users are getting this error: "There was an error in geolocation: Geolocation has timed out."  Desktop users, and users with Androids are not receiveing this error and Geolocation is working as expected...Has anyone else experienced this?
