    I'm experiencing the same issue with chrome on Windows 7... interesting enough it's only an issue for one user.  Please help.

    Hi Becca,

     

    I did some tests with Rebecca's site (she had an associated support case), and the culprit looked like a custom module.  Does your site have any custom modules?  Does the site fail to load in other browsers?  What kind of device is it?  Some laptops can report as tablets, which can cause the tablet shell to be loaded.  

     

    Do you have a URL for your site that you can share?

    Hi Danny - My site isn't available outside the network unfortunetly. It failed to load in internet explorer and chrome.  Chrome was uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't help.  Windows updates were performed, cookies/cache were deleted. It's a laptop running Windows 7 so I'm not sure it would try to use the tablet shell - but I have other users who do use tablets that haven't had an issue. I don't believe I have any custom modules either.
