Collaboration Tool not refreshing

Dear All , 

 

When users send message throught the Collaboration room , the message is not refresh unless we join and disjoin the room

  Hi Khalid,

   

  What version of Windows are you running Essentials on?  Also, what browser are you using to access the viewer?
