How to change a print template size at runtime?

I have a need to provide multiple print sizes of the same map for users.  The only thing that changes is the printed map size (C-Sized vs D-Sized, etc) and the size of the map control and one other rectangle shape.  The text doesn't change, logos are the same, etc.  It seems like I should be able to control this at runtime, but I am not sure how.  I don't think it makes sense to make 10 different print templates if I am only changing a couple of settings at runtime.  Any ideas?

  Unfortunatley, it isn't possible to change the print template size at runtime. I'd suggest submitting this to the Ideas section of the communtiy.
