Geocortex Analytics 1.3 fails to display the user name of each tool;

Hi All,

 

Despite the fact that the Geocortex Optimizer display the user name of the events, the Geocortex Analytics fails to do that.

 

 

 

I couldn’t figure out if there is a way to add a column that display the user name

  Hi Lubna,

   

  At the moment, this is not currently possible.  The tool view shows you the tool usage at the site level only, not the user level.  If you'd like to see support added for user level tool information, please submit it to the idea page!

  Hi Daniel,

   

   

   

  This is very exhaustive. Functionalities that have been available in the optimizer are now ideas for analytics. We thought that analytics we be preserving all capabilities of optimizer and add more!
