Can the cursor sensitivity (search trap) be increased

Can the search to find the nearest feature be increase to make it easier for end users to "hit the sweet spot" on point feature, much like in Arc Desktop  using the Selection Config, can be increased by pixel size  for a single click search.

  You can set the pixel tolerance under 'Tool Behavior' when editing an HTML5 viewer.
