“find me” ends up with geolocation error in GE 4.7.1\GVH 2.8.2 with Android OS,

 

 

 

Despite the fact that the geolocation is activated at the level of Geocortex, device and browser, the “find me” ends up with geolocation error in GE 4.7.1\GVH 2.8.2: “There was an error in geolocation: insufficient permissions for geolocation”.

 

 

 

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Jamal,

   

  Errors like that usually mean that you are not accessing the viewer over https.  Can you please confirm the URL you are using is https?

   

  If it is, can you please let me know which browser you are using?
