Remove Select Map down arrow in External Maps when only one external map

I just removed Bing Maps from my External Maps, leaving just Google Street View, and I noticed that the Select Map down arrow was still there with just the one choice.  Not a huge issue, but would be nice to lose the External Map selector when there is only one external map.
