PlotCoordinates Module Icon Missing in Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.8.2?

Hi, I can't find the icon use for this module in the PDF manual in either the folder structure or in the 'HTML5 viewer 2.x icons' package.

 

Is this by design or is there an mistake in the upgarde I made?
