Permission issue accessing workflows
I want to set up my map viewer to automatically sign in using windows integrated - group.
I was able to acheive this by turning off "anonymous access" and disabling sign out. Then for windows integrated - all users I restricted my layers. And in Windows integrated - groups - I turned on the restricted layers and workflows for my group.
However as I test workflows in my own authenticated area my staff member could not replicate what I was doing on the same server but a different map viewer, even though we set up the permissions the same. My workflows on my toolbar ended up being greyed out, everything else worked fine, my restricted layers were visible and I was automatically signed in.
I cannot think why the workflows are greyed out as we have set them all to the green tick. The exact same process I have in my viewer. The only thing I can think of is there is some other authentication issue at work (as I can't actually see who is in my group).

worked out the problem - as we had restricted our workflows for windows integrated - all users, but enabled the same workflows for our group in windows integrated - ourgroup it created a conflict and denied access to anyone outside our group. The workflows wouldn't work because they were trying to access a restricted layer - so I imagine this is when tokens come in (I have never used them before).
We decided to leave it for now as I don't want to have to input tokens into all my workflows. Another simple solution would be to create another map just for us but we don't want to manage another map service.0
