Viewing Cached service requests in ArcGIS Server Manager

For some reason, it seems that cached services viewed in the HTML5 viewer do not register as a request to the underlying service in ArcGIS Server Manager under logs/statistics.  Except for a few days on a couple of my aerial services, they all show zero total requests.  Many of my sites have aerials turn on by default.  I have another that lets you view 15 or so aerial services using a slider.  I believe that it is only when someone uses one of these services in ArcMap do they register.  Is anyone else seeing this?

  Hi Mike,

   

  We haven't heard much reports of other users noticing the logs/statistics from usage by the HTML5 viewer.

   

  I suspect that you are seeing this because the HTML5 viewer would only need to make a request back to the service when the user chooses to print or export the map.  For all other requests, since we know the structure of the cached images, we would just get those images and display them in the viewer.

   

  Activity for those particular requests would go into your web access logs but not necessarily into the ArcGIS Server logs.
