Tools are disabled after upgrade to GVH 2.8

I just upgraded to GVH 2.8 (ES 4.7), and now some of the tools in the toolbar ( the find data, the advanced measurement tools, and the drawing tools) are grayed out and inactive.  The map sharing tools and navigation tools are active and working.   Any thoughts on the cause and how to correct this?

  Hi Frank,

   

  This could be due to a custom module in your viewer.  If you have any custom modules, can you try removing them, OR updating their configuration to include the new require element as per this KBA:

  Thanks Danny.  The only custom module we have is a terms of use module which is used in all our maps.  I only have one map that is having the issue I described.  The others have no issue.  I did remove the terms of use module from the effect map, but that did not correct the problem.  I'll open a support case.

  Turns out this issue was do to the "require" element was missing from the FooterMenuView and FooterSocialView views.  Thanks to Latitude for the resolving the issue.
