coded value - edit object

I'm using Geocortex Essentials 4.5.1 and the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.6.1.

 

Since the upgrade we have some issues. When editing a feature service, the field (with a coded value) that is being used for the symbology, is olny showing the coded value (see the image down here - type 5) and not the descripton. For the other fields it works fine. 

 

When i identify the object, the descriptions of the coded values are always showed. So the problem only appears when creating or editing a feature. What could be a solution to this problem?
