Blank Map in Print Template

I am getting white space in the wiewer of interest: https://webmaps.blm.gov/Geocortex/Html5Viewer/Index.html?viewer=orwa_data_viewer

 

Any ideas about this one... I am all ears. The service of interest is @ https://gis.blm.gov/orarcgis/rest/services/Basemaps/Cached_ORWA_BLM_Carto_Basemap/MapServer - which is the base map you see upon launching the viewer.

 

When I do the quickie map with the print template ( I Want To > Print a Map), I get white space for the map. I can test the same site/viewer with the same map service on an internal Geocortex instance without issue. Same goes with the *test external version of both the site a service.

 

All other base maps work in the printed product (ESRI imagery, etc.).

 

The export map function (https://gis.blm.gov/orarcgis/rest/services/Basemaps/Cached_ORWA_BLM_Carto_Basemap/MapServer/export?bbox=-1.4469723063468812E7,5355952.14934595,-1.2149312257858543E7,6741416.63870824) on the REST service side yields a map, and I don't see any errors (404, etc.) in the Chrome dev tools when running the dev tools for that function. 

 

To test, I Want To > Print a Map - result are the same at any scale.

  This ended up being an issue with our firewall, and an expired certificate. FYI.

  Hey Ryan, I have the same issue in our test environment after upgrading to GE 4.9. What exactly did you do to fix this?
