Chart Values Incorrectly Displayed for Y-Axis

I have a chart that reads integer values from a table. Unfortunately, there's a value in the Y-axis that is totally incorrect. I'm asssuming that when the chart reads the data, that it extracts the min/max values and charts the results accordingly.

 

There's a number -7000000 showing at the bottom of the Y-axis with no related numeric values even near this number! This is causing alot of confusion for my clients who now think that they have values in this table that are incorrect.

Can anyone from Latitude please comment on this issue?
