how to switch to a theme in a workflow?

I have a workflow that I am redesigning and instead of relying on the user to choose the theme to create these special look maps, I would like to automatically switch for them.  I want to be able to read what theme the user is using and if it is not the theme I need, to switch.  

 

I saw in one other post, there was a "switchtolayertheme " but I can find no such reference in the documentation.

  Thanks, that worked!  

   

  I also want to know how to find which theme the user is actually using and if already on that theme to not switch.  The "switchtolayertheme " is the only run command that references a theme.  I know I need to put it in an IF statement but what is the proper way to call this out?  I can find a count of a feature set but that's as far as I have gone with it.
