Viewer access log

I need to log users who login to each viewer: who logged in to which viewer. any access attempt, denied or approved.

Where can I find that log info?

without analytics, is there any way I can check? Any log file storing who logged in to the viewer?

Hi Hwa Saup,

You can try looking at the Access logs but I don't think it will provide what you are looking for -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\App_Data\Logs\ACCESS*

The best option would be Analytics.

I looked at the logs file in that folder. But Access log only show the rest manager login. It is not showing access to the viewer.

I am afraid Analytics is your only option.
