Essentials 4.8.1 - Save Project Issues with Chrome
Is anyone else seeng issues with saving a project in the HTML5 viewer with the Chrome browser? We just upgraded our test box to Essentials 4.8.1.
We are on Chrome build 60.0.3112.78. Internet Explorer has no issues with this function. Can anyone verify this please before I put in a support ticket?

Hi,
I just tested it with our demo viewer below and it works fine. I signed into the viewer using my Latitudegeo AGOL account and I'm running Chrome (60.0.3112.113). Are there any errors in the Chrome (F12) Developer console?http://gedemo.geocortex.com/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=LA_County_.LA_HTML
Thanks,

Hi Mike,
When I launch the url you sent, the save/save as project options are greyed out. When I try and Sign In, the login options don't seem to let me sign in with either my GC account or my arcgis.com accounts. Not sure what's up as the accounts I am using are current and have already used at least once today.
Either way, my S.A. mistakenly installed HTML5 version 2.7.0, but I think he needed to install 2.9.x....??? So, am wondering if this is part of the issue. I am hoping to have this resolved before any next steps...0 -
Hi,
I thought you'd be able to login to the viewer using the ArcGIS Global option but I might be wrong.
Saved projects should work in the 2.7.0 release. I recommend sending in a support ticket.
Thanks,
Mike Ketler0
