Exposing timeslider parameters for use in Data Links

Hi,

We are working on a site with a lot of time slider functionality. It'd be great in future if the 'current timeslider parameters' could be exposed for use via data links. For example consider a Data Link which in a live (e.g. non-timeslider view) brings back the say the activty log of an engineer for the day. In a history view it'd be great if you could pass to the data link query the timeslider 'current' date and time so that the data link returns the activity log for the engineer for the time instant as set in the timeslider.
