Printing Time Enabled Layer

I am using the time slider tool to filter a map service layer. I can get that to work as expected. Then when I attempt to use the Print Template option, the time enabled layer is not included on the map. The other layers are included. Does anyone know why this happens or a way to get the time enabled layer to work with print templates?

 

Using HTML5 2.8.2, EM 4.7.1

  Hi Makenzie, 

   

  We do have a bug filed (GVH-12842) for certain time-aware raster layers not printing when a time extent is set.  For example, the crime layer on the LA County demo site (http://gedemo.geocortex.com/Html5Viewer/Index.html?viewer=La_County.La_County) prints correctly, but some NOAA layers like https://nowcoast.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/nowcoast/sat_meteo_emulated_imagery_lightningstrikedensity_goes_time/MapServer reportedly have issues.

   

  Can you let us know what type of layer you're using, and include the url if it's public?  It would be useful to us to know if it is related to this issue.
