No results/nothing happens when 'view additional details' is clicked in the pop-up

Hi,

 

Problem: when the 'view additional details' link is clicked in the pop-up, nothing happens. I have all of the fields I want displayed ready to go - sorted and aliased. They are all made visible and from my understanding, should be displaying in the details list to the left panel when the 'view additional details' link is clicked. But that is not the case. Cannot seem to solve this mystery.

  Hi Rod,

   

  You're correct, the Feature Details should normally open in the left panel when you click "view additional details" from a map tip (or the bottom panel if you have your site configured that way).  You can confirm this behaviour on the LA County demo site (http://gedemo.geocortex.com/Html5Viewer/Index.html?viewer=La_County.La_County) .  I checked our bug tracker but didn't find anything matching the problem you described in there.  We would be happy to help take a closer look if you'd like to open a support case for this.

   

  In the meantime, here's a couple questions that might help for troubleshooting:

  • Does this happen in only one of your sites or all of them?
  • Does this happen in all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc)?
  • If you hit F12 and open the console tab on your browser tools, and then click "view additional details", are any errors logged?
  • Have you ever made manual modfications or customizations to your viewer that could affect this (code or config file changes, rather than changes made from Essentials Manager)?
