Viewing Related Table Records in HTML5 Viewer
Hi All,
I have a number of tables in my geodatabase that are related to feature classes via geodatabase relationship classes. I'm using a map service in my viewer published from this geodatabase. I noticed that none of the related tables show when using the identify tool. For example, identifying a parcel does not show any link to the related ownership record in the related table. If I bring the map service into ArcMap and Identify a parcel, the related record shows just fine. How can I access related geodatabase tables via the HTML5 viewer?

Hi Jennifer,
I believe we resolved this problem in a support case, so I'm just following up for other users that might search and find this topic. There are a couple places to check when troubleshooting related table problems:- Check the ArcGIS Server REST endpoint and make sure the table and relationship is published there. Even if it's in the geodatabase, it might not have been included in the mxd that was published to ArcGIS Server
- Check in Essentials Manager > Map > Edit Layer > Relationships tab. You can see and configure the relationships that are included for the layer from this page.
