    Hi Michael,

Are you using Windows Authentication, and SSL?  If so, I believe this is a known bug (GE-9015).  Please open a support case, and we would be happy to assist you!

    Thanks,

Is there anything you can post about the solution?

    Thanks

    Hi Adam,

The solution involved editing the security store and changing a value.  The updated value looks like this -

    <ClearConversationStance>accept</ClearConversationStance>

and that entry may appear more than once in the security store.  We don't recommend editing the security store so unless you are very comfortable doing this type of change, I would recommend opening a support ticket.

    Regards,

Wayne's solution is still required on a fresh install of GE 4.10.3 & HTML5 2.11.2 as an FYI.

Also after upgrading old systems the "accept" is overwritten again by <ClearConversationStance>refuseIfDowngraded</ClearConversationStance> so you have to re-update this file to accept after a GE upgrade.
