Where can I find step by step instructions on how to create a subreport and how to integrate it to a template report.

I am running GE4.6.2/HTML5 viewer. I have a simple feature report that would like to have a one to many subreport. Feature class and data table have a relationship class and view correctly while identifying features. I am stumped on how get the subreport working in the main report. I think I have crested the subreport correctly, not sure how to test it by itself. Any help or documentation is greatly appreciated!

  Hi Ken, 

  If possible are you able to share your report and subreport? What are you seeing when you run the report in the Viewer?

  A subreport is used to bring data linked information into your report. Have you added the data links to your service in Essentails Manager?

  Look at the ZipCode.rpx and ZipCodeSubRpeort.rpx that is provided in the sampleSites folder with your installation of Geocortex Essentials. If you open up the ZipCodeSubReport, you will see that the property in the DataField is the same name as a field that is returned by a datalink on the Zip Code layer in Manager. 

  To test it out, I would add the report to your site and see if it works.

  If you are still having issues, I would suggest opening up a support ticket for one of our support team members to take a better look.
