    Hi Ravin, 

     

    I wasn't able to find this described anywhere in our bug tracker.  If your layer is externally accessible, you could post it here for us to check.  Otherwise I would recommend contacting support so that we can take a closer look.

     

    You could also try testing a public layer on your site to see if it's specific to that layer or that version.  For example, try the status or problem field on https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/ServiceRequest/MapServer/0
