extend 'Query Layer' activity outputs to include 'exceededTransferLimit'

Please include the exceededTransferLimit boolean result as an Output of the Query Layer activity.

  The "result" output of the Query Layer activity is a Feature Set which has an "exceededTransferLimit" property on it. This isn't suggested by the expression editor's code completion, but it will work.
