Terms of Use comes up empty
I'm curious whether anyone else has seen this. If so, how can it be corrected?
My implementation of the code gallery Terms of Use link, which had always worked beautifully, now comes up with nothing inside of it. It's simply empty. It's puzzling for a user to click Agree to that! I don't know when this began, but the last I had checked it several months ago it was fine then. It's only in the past week I've learned from a user it no longer is. Makes me wonder if it's a side effect of recent GE updates? I'm running GE 4.63 with GVH 2.8.1. Will someone please help?
Thanks,
Justin

We're on GE 4.63 but only GVH 272 and it still works fine.
Maybe the upgrade to GVH 2.8 cause this:

Thanks Dan. That's what I was thinking too, but the page you link to I've looked at before, and again today still do not understand how to translate codegallery.TermsOfUseLinkView and codegallery.TermsOfUseModuleViewModel names needed for the "type": values. This makes knowing what to put in for "require": very difficult, too. Do I need a MenuViewModel or what else? 0 -
That is a great question! Hopefully, Latitude will chime in.
Or anyone who is using this module in GVH 2.8 or higher...0 -
Two weeks later I find my TOU still does not work. Has anyone been able to make the code work in GVH 2.8+? 0 -
In looking at the example Dan has given, I have hit a roadblock in that I cannot find what value to use for require statements of code gallery samples. I will start a new thread for this 0 -
Just posting for the benefit of anyone else that stumbles upon this thread- It looks like it was continued here https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_DETAIL&id=906f2000000fxeWAAQ.
This Code Gallery aticle (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCCodeGallery?sub-nav=codegall&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_ARTICLE_SEARCH_RESULT&id=kA460000000bllE) provides and easier to implement disclaimer that works out of the box with a startup workflow.0
