X Y shift introduced when Sharing a Map via Email using Share widget

I am encountering an X Y shift in the center location of my map when sharing a map via email using the Share widget.  The X Y location in the URL seems to be accurate, but the visible extent in the Viewer is clearly shifted - in different amounts (x or y).  I am using the same viewer on the same monitor with the same resolution and all other browser setting are identical to when the initial Share URL was created.  Has anyone encountered something like this before?

  To answer your question about encountering something like this before, we have seen differences between the initial extent in shown in Manager and the one you see on your viewer, but that one is more easily explained by changes in the size of the map area.  I tested for a bit and could only reproduce the problem when I started toggling toolbar labels.  It might be partciular to something, so here's some ideas to consider

  • Does the viewer load with the toolbar or the left hand panel already open by default?
  • Is the browser maximized or not?
  • Is the shift roughly the same at all scales?  What scale are we testing at?
  • Are there any errors in the browser console (F12)?
