Any issues I should expect upgrading from 4.5.1 to 4.7.1?

In October, I will be upgrading our version of essentials/viewer/analytics from 4.5.1 / 2.6.1 / 1.0.3 to 4.7.1 / 2.8.2 / 1.3.1. This will be a very large jump forward in versions so I was wondering if anyone knew of any issues I might have jumping forward this much. I know analytics will be different because I am going from Insights to Analytics but I am hoping that essentials/viewer will be relatively painless. Any information would be very helpful on this subject as we have many users accessing our sites and I do not want there to be too much down time. Thank you!

Hi Austin,

We have not seen too many issues when upgrading from 4.5.1 to 4.7.1, so the process should go smoothly. If you haven't already upgraded, I do suggest upgrading to 4.8 if you can.
