Layer Style - Grouping Unique Values

Is it possible to group values into one symbol/label in the style visualization JSON code?

 

See issue below:

 

I've tried adding the values in each object to an array, but that didn't work. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

  I would recommend symbolizing it better in the map service if possible, but if not you can set layer styles in the layer configuration in the rest manager and (maybe) use that sytle in a startup workflow.
