Unable to print drawings and text (created with the EDit and Draw tools) on map cre

I am trying to place some text and drawings like Points and Lines on my Geocortex map and print them out.

 

The map prints without the edits made with the drawing and edit tools.

 

Does anyone have an idea how I can get around this.

  Hi Irene,

   

  What do you see when you export the map, rather than printing it? If the exported image is blank, you're likely experiencing (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=essentials&dc=Announcements&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS&id=906f2000000fxVyAAI) this issue .

  Yes! you're right Jordan. we are now using the work-around suggestion from Mike Ketler which is a partial solution as we presently are still unable to export or print our graphics and overview maps.

  Hello!! we have installed the windows updates and our Geocortex Viewer is now back to normal. Everything is looking good now!
