Issue upgrading to GE 4.8.2
We have just upgraded GE from 4.5.1 to 4.8.2 as per Installation Guide.
Existing Sites consuming Feature Layers configured to allow feature edits and inserts (from ArcGIS Server 10.4.1) do not open in the Manager with an underlying error in the log files of:
Unable to cast object of type 'Geocortex.Gis.Services.ArcGisServer.Rest.Proxy.DataContracts.AgsMapServiceLayerDetails' to type 'Geocortex.Gis.Services.ArcGisServer.Rest.Proxy.DataContracts.AgsFeatureServiceLayerDetails'.
This same error occurs when attempting to browse the GE Sites Directory and when attempting to add a similar Feature Layer to a new Site.
Can anyone please shed any light on this one?

Hi Tim,
This is a known issue and occurs becuase the name of your server has mapserver in it. This bug was fixed in version 4.9.1 but if you do not want to upgrade you can change the server name to use the IP address or another alias name to get around this.
Sorry you are having issues with this!
I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi Ali
Thank you for your reply.
It needs to made clear that this bug was introduced by Latitude sometime after 4.5.1 and that the work around of changing the server name to IP address or another alias is not sufficient - this name change causes issues with delegation when attempting to access secured feature services for feature edits.
When will 4.9.1 be released?

Hi Tim,
4.9.1 should be out around the middle of this month.0
