I setup a successful connection to my ArcGIS Portal but do not see it under the status tab. Is there any additional settings that need to take place other than simply adding it under configuration?

    Hi Chris. What version of Analytics are you running? You can check the role.config for the ArcGIS portal to verify your configurations were saved. The default location for it is C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\NSRoot\Geocortex\Analytics\Collectors\ArcGisPortalProbe\[version of GA]\role.config

     

    You could restart Core and re-enter the configuration if you don't see it in the config.

    Hi Lukman,

     

    I am running 1.3.1.73. 

     

    The config files are there for each of the services that I have configured. 

     

    My only concern is that I do not see a tab for portal or my ArcGIS Onlne in the Status Tab as the user guide would suggest.

    Hi Chris,

     

    Did you end up getting this resolved? If not, I would recommend upgrading to Analytics 1.4, the configuration process is much smoother and more predictable, you may find this will resolve your issue.

     

    NOTE: The upgrade to Analytics 1.4 requires unclustering and there are several other critical changes, compared to previous version upgrade. Please make sure to fully read the Upgrade Guide before proceeding.
