Configuration of Result List Grouping
Provide the administrator ability to configure how many features must be returned from a layer before grouping those features in a group. Maybe by default it would be set to three or five. Grouping of results is really nice when you get a ton of features returned from a search, but when you only have a few features returned, having them grouped is more cumbersome than helpful.
This would be nice because, for example, if there are three groups in the results list and each group only has two features in them, having the six features listed together, sorted by layer, rather grouped would be less cumbersome. Another example (that encountered today), was a results group that had 94 features and a group with only one feature. The solo feature could be shown not in group below the group of 94. This set up would not impact my ability to utilize the results list, but in fact would make it more straight forward. This would also reduce the click required to open a group that might only have one or two features in it.

Hello Ian, have your problem been resolved? I would like to remove the result list grouping as well and would like to see if there is any possibility? Thanks 0
