Printing Issues with with image layers
After we fixed the MS's security update issue with the printing, we added two aerial image layers. They appear fine on the map.
However, when we try to print the map with newly added image layers, the pdf map doesn't print the newly added image layers only. They are 2017 aerial images in 4 & 9 inch., cached and serviced from our own rest service. When I print the maps with existing image layers it prints fine. But it doesn't include newly added 2017 images only. I checked site.xml document to see if there is any difference in settings between 2017 & existing aerial images. But the settings were the same.
Any thoughts or comments will be very helpful. We are using GE 4.5.1 and GVH 2.6.1

Hi Howard,
If I look at the export request from the viewer I see it asking for the layer -
{ "id": "70", "title": "70", "opacity": 1, "minScale": 900000, "maxScale": 500, "url": "http:\/\/apps.willcogis.org\/arcgis\/rest\/services\/OrthoImagery\/Orthos_2017_4IN_P\/MapServer", "visibility": true },
so the next step would be to set up Fiddler on the server and view the request Essentials is sending to the map service and to see what is being returned.
I would recommend submitting a support request for this unless you are really familiar with Fiddler. We do have a KBA on it -

but it's fairly advanced.
