how to upgrade HTML5 viewer
I've recently upgraded to Essentials 4.9 and HTML5 viewer 2.10. Normally when I would go into an older viewer on a site, it would ask if I want to upgrade it and I'd say sure. Somehow I got past that, and I'm able to get in and edit a 2.9 viewer. When I try to launch the viewer, it fails to load (says 500 internal server error for common.css and Desktop.css).
Is there any way to get that "upgrade this older viewer" screen again so that Essentials upgrades it to 2.10 for me?
I can recreate the whole viewer, but since this has happened to me before, I'd prefer to find a solution.

Hi Chelsea,
If you upgraded the viewer template in the Post Installer, Essentials Manager should recognize this and prompt you to upgrade the sites. If it does not ask you there are still ways of triggering this. One is on the sites list page in Manager, there is an "Upgrade Viewers" link at the bottom of the sites list. Second, if you go into a site and select to edit the viewer you should also see a screen saying the viewer needs upgrading. If you aren't seeing these options I would recommend submitting a support ticket so we can look into it further,

Thanks for the quick reply, Wayne!
I forgot about the Upgrade Viewers link at the bottom of Manager. I tried that, however only the 2.10 viewer was listed and it didn't find any viewers to upgrade. Your second suggestion was what I somehow got around. I normally see it when I've added a new HTML5 viewer template, and then try and go in to edit a previous version's viewer, however now I no longer see it for my 2.9 viewer.
I'll try submitting a support ticket.0
