Snap to Next Basemap in Slider Group when Slider is close

GVH 2.10  Our users find It difficult to aline the slider in a basemap transparency slider group right on a specific basemap, so it is 0% transparent and the adjacent basemaps are 100% transparent. It would be helpful if the slider snapped to the basemap automatically within a certain tolerance, maybe at a 10 or 20% transparency level.
