Click on clusterlayer does not work in some browers

Hi,

 

I found that some (mobile) browsers do not respond to a click on a clustersymbol. Specifically, Firefox on Android and Internet Explorer on Window Mobile 8.1 (haven't tested WM10 yet).

 

I'm using HTML viewer 2.7.2, does anyone know if this is fixed in a newer version, or if there is a workaround?

  Hi Berend,

   

  Unfortunately there are known issues when trying to run the HTML5 viewer on Windows Mobile OS devices.

   

  We have tested the Windows mobile OS platform a few times in the past and looked into supporting it but it has many issues that woudl require significant change.

   

  In the end Drew Millen and myself made the decision not to spend the considerable extra resources on supporting this mobile plaform, a very small segment of the overall.

   

  We've done our best to communicate this to customers and to partners over the years, but it does still pop up occasionally. Our installation requirements documentation does identify that only iOS and Android are supported.

  Sorry I don't have better news, but at least now you can stop looking for a solution!
