Geometrypicker in Esri 4.4 2D and Esri 4.4 3D

my workflow works fine in Esri 3.21 2D, but in the other two the geometrypicker just doesn't work, why?

The Add location button and the hoover tool ip do not work at all.

How to make it work??

  Hello Robert,

   

  The Geometry Picker is currently not supported in these environments because the Esri 4.x API does not support drawing on the map. Rest assured that we will be adding this functionality once that support is in place, but note that Esri has not provided a timeline on this.
