ArcGIS 10.5.1 mapservice not able to access to Rest Manager

We access the mapservice or feature service rest url with IPAddress through browser it is working. If we provide the same rest url with IPAddress in the geocortex rest manager, it is not accessible. it is displaying the information "No Service".
