Text Markup tool does not work if not sticky...

It seems that the Text markup tool in the HTML5 viewer does not work if it is NOT sticky.  I don't want this tool to be sticky, but if I undo the sticky behavior in the config, I do not get the popup dialog that lets me fill in the text value.

 

 

Does anyone else have this problem?

  Hi Michael, 

   

  We do have this issue noted as a known bug, GVH-10340.  I can replicate it as well in the latest version of the viewer.  I'll link to this post in the bug report.  So far we don't have any workarounds.
