Per user default layer themes

In apps that support logging in as a user, is it possible to switch to a specific layer theme designated as default for that user?

  Possible, yes, but clunky.  You'd need a startup workflow that got the user's credentials and then you'd need to figure out how to attach the credentials to a theme.  Maybe there's an AD role associated with your users and you can manage this all with workflow logic... maybe you want to have a table published somewhere that you can update as needed and query by credential.  In any case, once you have your desired theme in the workflow there is an external command which you can use to switch to that theme.

  Or you can just give folks URLs that will open a specific layer theme, and let them make a shortcut.

  Oh yeah!  I've actually implemented Mike's recommendation a few times now and it's pretty quick (once you know what you're doing of course).
