Can I use tokens or relative paths for the Image element within the form activity?

I would like to use the loader_small.gif image within one of my forms, but I don't want to hardcode the URL to it, I would like to user a relative path or a token or something else so this image doesn't break when we move the site, or upgrade viewer and the URL changes. Can I use tokens or relative paths for the Image element within the form activity? If so, how?

  Currently, we only support fully qualified URLs. Please create a feature request in the Ideas section for this.
