Is it possible to add dynamically tools/buttons in Geocortex Essentials Manager viewer? I want to add/remove or enable/disable few tools/buttons based on user actions in HTML5 viewer by workflows of Geocortex workflow designer. Kindly suggest alternative approach.

I don't think it's possible to dynamically add tools/buttons to a viewer. Can you provide some more info about what you wanted the tools to do based on user actions? Maybe there's a worfklow-only approach that'll work for you. 0 -
Not only user actions. Some times based on user roles (viewer, editor, admin etc.) Kindly let me know, Is there any alternative way to do this? 0 -

Use case 1: Edit role user clicks start editing button. In click event I want to create new version and wants to set newly created version as current version. If this process success then only I want to enable few more buttons. 0 -
Hmm, well I don't know how to do the first part, but provided it is possible to do with a workflow, then you could use a Display Form to decide what additional actions to make possible.
It's not going to be an ideal replacement for toolbar buttons, but it might be able to get you the functionality you want without custom programming.
