Deprecation Announcement: Year End 2018 and Year End 2019 additions

We have updated the  (https://support.geocortex.com/deprecationplan) Deprecation Plan for Geocortex Products with two sets of year end changes.  The first set of changes takes effect at the end of 2018 and the next set at the end of 2019.
