    Hi Scott,

     

    The viewer thinks there is a saved filter and it has a problem loading it.  On your desktop viewer, if you select the Filter tool from the toolbar and then select the hamburger menu (the 4 bars) and select the menu option that appears called "Open Saved Filters", are there any filters that are saved?  If there are,  and they are no longer required, you can try deleting them to see if it helps.  It sounds like this may be a bug.

    Followed your instructions and there weren't an saved filters.  The error actually popped up on the desktop once I selected the filter tool as well.  It does appear to be a bug.

    Hi Scott,

     

    Feel free to email support@latitudegeo.com to open a support case so we can look into it further.  There is a similar issue filed (GVH-13240) but it is related to opening a saved project.  There is a small chance that the issue will be resolved when GVH-13240 is resolved.

     

    If you press F12 when they message is displayed, do you see any related errors in the console section?
