How can the accessibility option used by the user?

I see that the accessibility option comes out of the box in Geocortex Essential. How are users going to make use of it? Is there a shortcut that lets the end users start using accessibility functionality?

  Generally, the accessability functions will be more useful to users of screen reader software like JAWS ($) or NVDA (free) but others can certainly benefit from the accessability features such as being able to [TAB] through the entire application and use only the keyboard controls to create/edit markup, select features, etc.
